2021...

Last year, 2020, was a disaster for activating Islands here in Canada, and we all know why.  Very few activations took place, and all of them in Eastern Canada.

Let's hope 2021 is a a lot kinder to us all, and we can safely get out and do activations across the country.

For those of you who may plan an activation over the winter months.....pay attention to these safety charts below.

Stay safe and stay healthy!!

2020 W/VE Island QSO Party

Mark your calendars!!!   Coming up are 15 hours of good times.  August 22 & 23 are the dates for this years W / VE Island QSO Party.

Did you know there are over 54,000 islands in Canada?  Neither did I, and the list of officially activated islands is pretty small in comparison.  So let's get out in the fresh air and pick an island to activate.

The Rules for this event can be found HERE.

Please remember to follow your local rules and regulations regarding the Covid-19 situation in your location.....and stay safe!!
